  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

  • All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

  • Exchanges and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue, you have four (4) days after delivery to email us at magic@niftiegenies.shop with the following information:

    • Pictures clearly showing the issue

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the problem

    Submitting this information does not guarantee approval for an exchange or replacement, but we will carefully review all cases. If your request is approved, we will discuss the next steps, including the process for returning the item. Please note that all products must be returned to us in the original condition before any exchange or replacement is issued.

    Items sold at a discounted price due to disclosed defects are final.

  • An order cancellation request may be submitted for review only if processing has not begun.

    Once processing or production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Address changes may be requested before shipment, but are not guaranteed. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be changed once production has started.

  • Crafts on sale or discounted cannot be canceled or returned after they have been purchased and shipped.
